Power Steering

For a short while I had to drive my car without benefit of power steering. All at once I was taken back to the days when great strength was required to maneouvre our trusty old VW camper. Now, with the advent of power steering, we have become an effete lot and have all but severed any connection linking us to the mighty English archers of Crécy, Poitiers and Agincourt. The only way to perpetuate the tradition of our great longbowmen nowadays is to mow the lawn without using the traction engine.

I've never considered your lawnmowing as having any relation to Poitiers, Crecy, or indeed Lord O's lot at Agincourt. Will look at you and your work with new respect now.
