The Tipping Point?

The latest opinion poll published today by IPSOS/Opinionway makes grim reading for embattled French President François Hollande. A record -4% of the population has an "avis favorable" of the President. At 0% Prime Minister Jean-Marc Ayrault fares little better. Political commentators, speaking for a fee, say that the executive may find it difficult to govern when less than 0% of the electorate support the government. They could well be right. Marine Le Pen (99.9%) is now the most popular politician in France.
