The only way to make sense of Donald Trump is to understand that he has absolutely no intention of winning the Republican nomination, let alone becoming President of the USA. I'm surprised the media haven't cottoned on to that yet.
But if I were Mr Trump, I would be a worried man. The more outlandish and outrageous his pronouncements, the higher he rises in the opinion polls! What on earth has he got to do or say to get people to turn against him?
