A Good Joke…

And a new one, at least to me. I owe it to the always excellent Roger Cohen of the NYT:

In the USSR […] people joked about the difference between the American and Soviet Constitutions.

Answer: Both guarantee freedom of speech, but the U.S. Constitution also guarantees freedom after speech.
