Mr Stanford and Sir Allen

I expect you are as sickened as I am by the reckless way so-called  “financial” journalists write about Robert Allen Stanford and Sir Allen Stanford as though they were the same person! How absurd can you get? What possible connection can there be between an unscrupulous 6 ft 4 Texas-born crook financier and a cricket-loving gentleman of the old school knighted for services to the community? Stanford is a nasty piece of work whereas Sir Allen is quite clearly a CHAP. He’s one of us!

Really, you’d think these journalists would at least check their facts.
