The Perfect Match

The two greatest tennis players of all time (in my opinion) met in the finals of the ATP World Tour yesterday. This time Roger Federer won and for many this was the best result as it means that his rivalry with Rafa Nadal is back on track again after a period when it seemed that he had slipped out of the reckoning.
We shall look back on these early years of the 21st century as the golden age of tennis, when the sport was dominated by two great players who behaved impeccably on and off court and yet showed themselves to be emotional and at times fragile. Pretty decent after-match speeches too, though I can't help thinking I might have done even better!
At all events, a welcome change from Iceborg, Superbrat, Jimbo, Sullen Sampras and the Las Vegas Kid.

    I would agree with that.

But who's the Las Vegas Kid?
