Once you install the extension, every time you open a new tab in your browser you (or to be precise, Google) will contribute to a charity. There is a good array of charities to choose from. I think it's an excellent initiative.
PS Tomorrow is the last day unfortunately. Still, that gives us a couple of days to "buy" vaccinations, books, etc. in a good cause!
