My Plan for the Future

I understand that the sentiment in Scotland now is not just for greater autonomy but for outright independence. I think we would be wrong to oppose such a move, indeed we should actively encourage it, and while we're about it grant independence to Wales as well. Yorkshire, too, should be invited to secede along with the Home Counties,  the Cotswolds, the Midlands, the West Country, the South Coast and the North as a whole. Then at last East Anglia might come into its own as the depository of truly English virtues.
