On the Eve of the New Zealand-France Match (Update)

I love this story of the French coach a few years ago attempting to galvanize his troops as they prepared to confront the mighty All Blacks.

"There's nothing to be scared about", he shouted. "Remember, boys, there are only fifteen of them, just like us. They've only got fifteen arms, just like us".

And whilst I'm about it, this quote from Mark Twain, new to me but no doubt not to my American friends:

"Age is an issue of mind over matter. If you don't mind, it doesn't matter".
