It may be an old joke but it's a new one to me. I came across it in Steven Pinker's extraordinary The Better Angels of Our Nature: Why Violence Has Declined.
A man asks a woman if she would sleep with him for a million dollars, and she says she would consider it. He then asks if she would sleep with him for a hundred dollars, and she replies, "What kind of woman do you think I am?" He answers, "We've already established that. We're just haggling over the price."
