Jeff Bezos addresses Amazon shareholders
After speaking about Day 1 (rapturous applause) he goes on: "What does Day 2 look like? Day 2 is Stasis" (muted and puzzled applause) "filled by irrelevance" (silence and a few nervous handclaps)"followed by excruciating painful decline" (gasps) "followed by death" (silence) and that is why (here at Amazon) it is always Day 1" (standing ovation, champagne all round)
