Binge Watching


I am confused (you can say that again). if bird watchers spend their time watching birds, surely binge watchers are interested in watching binges? But what is a binge? I am about to find out as my son, Robin, has suggested I watch a BBC crime drama called Line of Duty, now into its sixth season. I am bound to say, on the strength of one episode, that I am absolutely hooked, but a little surprised that the overworked members of the unit responsible for investigating corruption in the police force, never find time to relax at home in front of the television. They could do far worse than sit down and enjoy Line of Duty.
