Intimations of Mortality

Well, they certainly seem to be dropping off like flies at the moment: Michel Serrault, Ingmar Bergman and now Michelangelo Antonioni at the age of 94. I am ashamed to admit that, to the best of my knowledge, I haven't seen any of Bergman's or Antonioni's films, but I suppose it's never too late to start.

Of the three names mentioned above, the chances are that people living outside France won't have heard of Michel Serrault but he was an immense actor and a very funny man, as was his "partner in crime" Jean Poiret.
