The Visual Arts

My blog is more text than image, in fact it is all text and no image. That's just the way I am. When I go to a museum I am more drawn to the text below or beside the picture than to the picture itself.

But it's nice to change, so here are just a few beautiful pictures taken by my wife.

This first photo of a barge was taken quite late on a September evening in Seurre, a little riverside town on the edge of the Côte-d'Or and Saône-et-Loire departments.

And here we are in Cassis, near Marseille, in early October on the occasion of the Rugby World Cup.
