George Orwell's War Diaries on the Web

I have just taken up Orwell's diaries again. I was fascinated by his account of his stay in Morocco but then abandoned him for a time while he was in his egg-hatching, nature-observing phase. But this rustic idyll and interlude came to an abrupt end in May 1940 and all of a sudden his diary is quite riveting and, of course, quite brilliant.
