Just as patriotism is said to be the last refuge of the scoundrel, so the International Monetary Fund is the last resort of those in search of cash. But what if the IMF is itself short of money? It's no good asking America because the USA is broke itself, mostly because of the money spent in funding Mitt Romney's presidential campaign. So who's left? I can't think of anyone, can you?
