State of the Brain (II)

THE STORY SO FAR
Award-winning international blogger Barnaby Capel-Dunn has obtained government funding for a study to explore his central contention that humans have over the past 20 years gradually stopped speaking and started rapping. The study has had to be abandoned due to lack of government enthusiasm, but the question remains.

With or without public funding, we can state the position quite simplly:
EITHER people are speaking more quickly than before OR my brain is functioning more slowly than before.
I think any other comment would be superfluous.
