The Union City Police Department is currently seeking Brad William Hessey on a warrant charging him with Fraud. According to Officer Manny Leon, Hessey was contacted in a vehicle at the WAL-MART store in Union City. A subsequent search of the vehicle was conducted and crystal methamphetamine and a fraudulently made identification card were allegedly found in the vehicle. A police canine was brought to assist with the search and ultimately located drug paraphernalia. Also located were several more fraudulently made identification cards, tools used to create fraudulent cards, a large sum of cash and fraudulent checks. An aunt used to search telephone directories in an attempt to find other Hesseys, but perhaps fortunately for the sake of her happiness and sense of 'family' she never looked overseas .......
ReplyDeleteThinking of my late great-grand-father General Hessey, I had in mind someone rather "classy-looking", standing very straight in his uniform -and even without his uniform. This picture does put things into perspective I must say and make one think: "what's in a title?" Well, in this very case, the answer might be: "everything".
