I'm sorry to say I thus far been unable to trace any reference to anyone answering to the name of O'Regan. I have, however, found the following:
H.E. Count / Graf James Crittenden-Cavendish von Reuter
H.R.H. Prince Hugo Norberto Cabrera Rurikovich Kubarev
Furst Hubertus Fugger von Babenhausen, and
H.E. Count / Graf Karl-Wilhelm Finck von Finckenstein
They all sound pretty bogus to me.
Since you yourself are (allegedly) the Count O'Regan von whatever-it-was you are hardly going to find reference to yourself on the web unless you typed it up, are you?

Or doesn't it work this way?
The other Papal counts look very dicey, not the sort of company we would expect a subliminal chap to be keeping.
