Zac is back at Holby and out to prove she can be a good leader, she bites her tongue and accepts the offer of mentoring new registrar, Larry the cat, as he sets out to prowl Downing Street. Mission: to rid the Street of rodents. Weapon: warfarin. But when Sahira proves not only she is a match for Zak but has history with Rik (Nik's brother), Zak realises all may not be what it seems.
