The World's 50 Best Restaurants (II)

In a surprise move, martinet Ferran AdriĆ  has decided to permanently close (for ever) the fabled El Bulli restaurant in Catalonia. Amongst other things, this means that the Subway establishment in Paris's select Rue de la Convention now holds the coveted number three spot in the list of the World's 50 Best Restaurants. The food at Subway has to be tasted to be believed and is best sampled off the premises.

  5. There are Subway "restaurants" throughout the length and breadth of the UK, including 5 Manor St, Braintree. You don't know what you've been missing until you've tried it, by which time it's usually too late.
